  We used the Tile Barn a couple of years ago for kitchen and bathroom re-do's and they were great. We had been given two recommendations from installers- The Tile Barn had what we wanted and they were great! We would go there again!!!

  I guess just wanting to purchase a back splash was not enough business for them. However, it was important to me as I traveled an hour (each way), with the intention of a purchase. I felt insignificant and was offered no help or assistance at all. Person in the showroom was more interested in being at his desk, making and receiving phone calls, doing paperwork and even left me alone in the showroom Hard to believe since I was referred to them by a previous customner. You get better customer service and attention at Lowe's! Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but site doesn't allow me to leave no stars.
